Whenever a lower value is entered, the system will automatically adjust the price to €0.10. This rule applies to both auctions and fixed-price listings. Listings that are currently active with prices below €0.10 will not be changed automatically and may keep their current price until they are sold, expire or are edited.

Update: Management of Inactive Listings To improve the quality and reliability of listings on Bialto, we have introduced a new inactivity rule. From now on, all items listed for sale will be automatically closed if the seller does not log in for a period of 30 days. This measure ensures that active listings belong to users who are genuinely interested in selling, making the platform more up to date, efficient and secure. Regardless of the type of sale (auction or Buy It Now), items may be automatically closed if the account remains inactive for more than 30 days.

Professional Sellers

• If you exceed 30 sales per year or €2,000 in annual revenue, you may be considered self-employed.

  • Register with the Tax Authority as a sole trader or self-employed professional.
  • Issue an invoice for every transaction.
  • Declare your income under Category B – Business and Professional Income.
