Analyze user feedback

Feedback Analysis

The total feedback is a quick indicator of a user's reputation, but it doesn't replace a more detailed analysis of other aspects of the evaluation.

Bialto provides several pieces of information about user feedback. To access this information, simply click on the username in question. In addition to the total feedback value, you can view the following options:

Feedback Information:

• Positive Feedback: Displays the percentage of positive (or negative) votes for a user, considering all feedback received from unique users.
• Number of Positive Feedbacks: Indicates the number of unique users who gave the user a positive evaluation.
• Number of Negative Feedbacks: Shows the number of unique users who gave the user a negative evaluation.

Feedback Comments:

In addition to numerical values, you can view the comments for all feedback received by a user. There are several options to filter the evaluations:

• Feedback given by buyers who have transacted with this user.
• Feedback given by sellers whose items were purchased by this user.
• Feedback given by this user to other members.
