Review Policy on Bialto

Reviews are an important tool to ensure transparency and trust in the transactions conducted on our platform. However, there are rules and guidelines that must be followed to ensure that the feedback system operates fairly and effectively.

Irreversibility of Reviews:

• Non-editable reviews: Once given, a review cannot be changed under any circumstances. This ensures that all transactions are reviewed fairly and without manipulation after the fact.

Freedom to Provide Feedback:

• Freedom of review: Every user on Bialto has complete freedom to give feedback that they deem most appropriate to the circumstances of the transaction. The review reflects the individual experience of each user, and for this reason, there may be cases where the review is not entirely accurate or in line with the expectations of one of the parties involved.

• Appropriate timing for reviews: We recommend that reviews be given only after the transaction has been completed. This ensures that the feedback is based on a full experience, reducing the risk of premature or unfair reviews.

Inappropriate Behavior in Reviews:

• Inappropriate comments: Bialto does not tolerate comments that contain violent, provocative, offensive, racist language, or that disclose personal data of any user.

• Right to removal: If a comment violates these guidelines, Bialto reserves the right to remove the comment either partially or entirely. However, this removal will not affect the numerical rating associated with the review.

Important:

• Reviews received: It is important to note that the reviews received by a user cannot be modified. Reviews are a representation of the opinion of the person giving them and cannot be altered by either the reviewer or the reviewee.
