Transaction Management in the Personal Account Area

After a transaction is completed, the seller can easily and efficiently manage the transaction in their personal account. To access this feature, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to the Personal Account Area.
2. Navigate to the Sell section.
3. Select the Sales option.

On this page, the seller will have access to a detailed list of all sold items, where they can view important information about each completed transaction. Next to each transaction, they will find the following data:

Information Available for Each Transaction

• Sale Price or Winning Bid: The final amount obtained for the item, whether by direct sale or bidding, will be displayed here.

• Quantity Bid and Sold: This information shows the amount of the item that was bid on and the quantity that was actually sold. It's useful for inventory and sales tracking.

• Buyer's Email and Address: The seller will have access to the buyer's contact details, including the email and delivery address, to facilitate the shipping and communication process.

• Buyer's Username and Transaction ID: The buyer's username and the unique transaction ID will be visible, making it easier to query and track any issues related to the transaction.

• Transaction Completion Date and Status: The date the transaction was completed will be shown, along with the current status of the transaction (e.g., completed, pending, or on hold).
