Why is phone number verification required?

Phone number verification is a mandatory security measure to:

• Protect your account
• Prevent unauthorized access
• Confirm the user's identity

How does the verification process work?

1. Select your country from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter your mobile number without the leading zero.
3. The system automatically converts the number into international format.
4. Click Send code.
5. You will receive a verification code via SMS.
6. Enter the code in the designated field.
7. Click Verify.
8. Finally, click Save to complete the process.

After completing these steps, your account will be fully activated.

What happens if I change a previously verified number?

If you change a number that was already verified:

• The previous verification is automatically canceled.
• Your account will be temporarily limited.
• You will need to verify the new number via SMS.

This is an automatic security measure.

How do I change a verified phone number?

1. Go to Member Area → Personal Information.
2. Select the correct country from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter the new number (without the leading zero).
4. Click Save.
5. Request a new verification code.
6. Enter the SMS code received.
7. Click Save again.

After successful verification, your account will be automatically reactivated.

Does verification cost anything?

No. Phone number verification is completely free.
