Business Management in the "Personal Account"

Through your Personal Account, you can manage all ongoing transactions as well as those that have already been completed. This area offers several options to help you track and manage your auctions and sales.

Available Options in the "Personal Account":

1. Pre-defined Fields in Seller Tools - Pre-defined fields

1. This option allows you to define fields in the sale form that will be automatically filled in whenever you list a new item for sale.

   • Advantages:
     • Use of a common custom description for all your transactions.
     • Automatic definition of accepted payment methods and other common information for all your auctions.
   • Benefit: Saves time by automating the filling of repetitive fields and ensures consistency in your sales.

2. Active Transactions
   In this section, you can track the progress of the transactions and sales in which you are involved as a seller. Here you will have access to:

   • The start and end dates of each auction.
   • The number of bids and the highest current bid.
   • The option to edit a transaction (if the auction has no bids yet).
   • The ability to list a similar item for sale, which will automatically be filled with the data from the current transaction.
   • The option to delete an auction if no bids have been placed yet.

3. Scheduled Transactions
   This option shows transactions that have not yet started, if you have set a custom start date for your auctions.

   • Here you can check the auctions scheduled to start soon.

4. Closed
   The Closed section displays all recently completed transactions.

   • You can relist these transactions or delete them if needed, in case you want to restart or delete auctions that have already been completed.

5. Sold
   In Sold, you can access transactions that ended with bids or were sold directly.

   • Here you will have access to detailed information such as the selling price and the quantity sold.
   • You can also consult the buyer's contact details to complete the transaction.

6. Blocked Users in Seller Tools - Blocked Users

   This option allows you to block specific users, preventing them from bidding or purchasing your items directly.

   • You can add users to your blocked list to ensure that only authorized people interact with your transactions.
