Combining Seller/Buyer Invoices

To combine invoices from the same seller or buyer, there are several requirements that must be met. It is important to ensure that the following requirements are fulfilled to guarantee that the combination is valid and complies with our policies.

Requirements for Invoice Combination

Invoices can only be combined if:

• Fees and commissions are paid: The transaction fees and commissions must be fully paid before proceeding with the invoice combination.
• The transactions are in the same currency: The transactions involved must be conducted in the same currency to ensure consistency in the combined invoices.
• The items are from the same location: All items involved in the transaction must be from the same location (e.g., same store or supplier).
• The items have the same VAT rate: The VAT rate must be the same for all items involved, ensuring that the invoices can be appropriately combined.
  
  

What can be modified in the invoice combination?

Although the invoice combination is restricted, there are certain details that can be adjusted during the process:

• Price: The price of the items can be changed if necessary.
• Shipping address: The shipping address for the combined items can be modified.
• Shipping method: The shipping method can be adjusted depending on the delivery preferences.
• VAT value: The VAT value can be adjusted if necessary to reflect the correct sale conditions and transaction.
