Top-ups and Balance Usage in Your Bialto Account

The amounts loaded into your Bialto account are exclusively for:

• Promoting your listings through promotional options.
• Paying for the store, if you have an active store on the platform.
  
  

Balance and Refund Policy

• Unused balance – If the preloaded balance is not used, it will not be refunded.
• Account deactivation – If your account is deactivated, any remaining balance will be lost and cannot be recovered.
• Seller verification – Payments made for seller verification are credited to your personal Bialto account but are non-refundable once verification is complete.
  
  

Validity of Loaded Balance and Promotional Credits

• The loaded balance and promotional credits have a maximum validity of 12 months from the date they were loaded or credited to the account.
• After this period, any unused amount will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.

We recommend that you use the balance in your account within the validity period to avoid losses.
