What does “Accept Offers” mean?

Submeter Oferta – FAQ

Accept Offers – Sell

The "Accept Offers" feature allows sellers to give potential buyers the opportunity to propose a different price than the one initially set for the item.

To activate this option, simply select "Accept Offers" when creating or editing the listing. The seller can also set a minimum value—only offers equal to or above this amount will be received. This helps filter out proposals below what is considered acceptable.

Once an offer is received, the seller can:

  • Accept the offer (the sale is automatically completed at that price);
  • Reject the offer (the buyer can, if they wish, make a new proposal);
  • Make a counteroffer, suggesting an intermediate price.
The negotiation process is simple, direct, and completely flexible, with the final decision on each offer always up to the seller.

Practical example:
An item is listed for €20. The seller has enabled the "Accept Offers" function and set a minimum value of €10. Only offers of €10 or more will be received. A buyer proposes €12; the seller can accept, reject, or suggest, for example, €15. If an agreement is reached, the sale is automatically completed.

  • Greater flexibility in negotiation
  • Possibility to sell faster
  • Direct contact between seller and potential buyers
