Prohibited on Bialto

To ensure a safe environment and compliance with the law, Bialto strictly prohibits the following practices:

1. Illegal Messages and Offers

Sending messages, suggestions, or offers for the purchase/sale of illegal products or those containing inappropriate advertising content is prohibited, such as:

• Violence
• Xenophobic or racist offenses
• Pornography, whether adult or child-related
  
  

2. Spamming and Abuse of Infrastructure

Spamming or any other action that involves loading excessive data on Bialto's infrastructure is prohibited.

3. Illegal Activities and Auction Manipulation

The following is not allowed:

• Disseminating or promoting illegal activities
• Participating in pyramid schemes or chain letters
• Manipulating auctions or influencing other users' behavior
• Falsifying data or concealing identities in auctions, either as a bidder or seller
  
  

4. Sale of Copyrighted Products

It is prohibited to sell or promote the sale of products that infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization from the holder. This includes:

• Artistic and literary works
• Any type of protected product, regardless of the medium used
  
  

5. Sale of Unauthorized MP3 Music CDs

The sale of MP3 music CDs is prohibited unless the recording has explicit authorization from the artist or the responsible record label.

6. Sale of Illegal Products

The sale of products or services involving illegal activities is prohibited, including:

No personal contact information may be placed in auctions, such as:

• Email
• Phone number
• Address
• Website addresses
  
  

Adult Category Items

• The sale of pornographic products, including videos, magazines, or accessories with explicit sexual images, is prohibited.
• Erotic items may be sold as long as the description does not contain explicit content.

Removal of Auctions/Ads

Bialto reserves the right to remove any auction, sale, or advertisement that does not comply with the service conditions. While the administrators and moderators of the site will do their best to remove or edit undesirable material, it may not be possible to review all auctions immediately.
