Managing Negative Balance in Your Personal Account

Whenever your account has a negative balance, Bialto will send an email informing you about the issue and urging you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What to do if your balance is negative?

  1. Receive the Notification: If your balance is negative, you will receive an email notification with the details of the amount owed and the need to resolve the issue.

  2. Credit Limit: If you have exceeded your credit limit, you must settle the debt within a maximum of 7 days. Otherwise, your account registration will be automatically suspended.

Preventing Negative Balance

To avoid such situations and ensure the smooth operation of your account, we recommend preloading your Personal Account as needed to keep the balance always positive.
