If you wish to remove an item from sale, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and straightforward process.

Step 1: Access Your Account

1. Log in to your Bialto account.
2. Go to the "My Account" menu.
3. Click on the "Sell" option.
4. Select the "Assets" section, where you will find all the items currently listed for sale.

Step 2: Select the Item to Remove

1. Find the item you wish to remove from sale in the asset list.
2. Select the item by ticking the corresponding box.
3. You now have two options:
   • Close the item: Removes the item from sale but allows you to relist it later without recreating the listing.
   • Delete the item: Completely removes the item from your listing with no possibility of recovery.

Step 3: Confirm the Action

1. After selecting the item(s), click the "Close or Delete" button located at the bottom of the page.
2. Confirm your choice in the confirmation window that may appear, ensuring that you are performing the desired action.
