How can I answer a question asked by the buyer?

Access Your Messages on Bialto

In your Personal Account > Messages, you can manage all communications with other users through Bialto's internal messaging system. To make navigation easier, the system is organized into three tabs:

1. Inbox

• Contains all the messages received from other users.
• You can read, reply to, or archive any received message.
• To reply, click "Reply," write your message, and send it.

2. Sent

• Here you will find all the messages you have sent via the internal system.
• You can review your previous communications and check if the messages were sent correctly.

3. Archive

• Allows you to store important messages, keeping them organized and accessible for future reference.
• To archive a message, select it in the Inbox and choose the archive option.

Managing Your Messages

• It is not possible to delete messages, only to archive them if they are no longer relevant.
• The Bialto messaging system does not allow attachments and is used exclusively for internal communications between users.
• To ensure efficient communication, regularly check your Inbox.
